There are some problems in the educational supply of rural vocational education in China nowadays, such as the supply channel is restricted,the supply content is imbalanced and the guarantee system isn t perfecting.

In course of exploiting and utilizing water resources, different management approaches, including supply management and demand management, resource management and asset management, dispersive management and concentrative management, and the updated integrated water management were developed successively.

This paper finally analyzes the experiences and lessons in the fulfillment of America\'s supply management policies and their combinations in 1980s,which are pointed out to be of referential significance to China\'s current macro-control.
