Methods Collect the materials of 14 patients whom was checked in our hospital from Dec 2003 to Oct 2006 with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP),including induced factors,general clinical data,cure rate,treatment(medical conservative treatment,endoscopic therapy, operation),hospitalization time,and so on,and evaluate the effect of treatments.
