The thesis analyzes the Confucius images of The Analects of Confucius,Zuozhuan and Guoyu which are earlier books to register Confucius,analyzed the characters of Confucius images of the three books,and summarize the general character of hypostasis of Confucius of the three books.

By the comparing research between the Confucius image created in the Record of the Historian and the images in the documents before it, the paper is in order to find the unique feature of the Confucius images created by Sima qian and its reasons, and to explain the artistic laws of the figure creating in the Record of the Historian.
