效果律(law of effect)桑代克的学习三定律之一，也是他的学习理论核心。是指当个体反应后得到满足的效果时，刺激一反应间的联结就得到加强;相反，当个体得到惩罚的效果时，刺激一反应间的联结就被减弱。后来，桑代克用人作被试，发现惩罚效果并不一定产生减弱“联结”的结果，所以他把效果律做了修正，认为效果律与惩罚无关，只涉及奖赏。 (李爱丽撰梁宝勇审)
