合并财务状况变动表根据合并资产负债表、合并利润表、合并利润分配表以及其他补充资料编制。其编制的程序与原理和个别财务状况变动表一样，其编制方法也分为间接法和直接法两种（见“间接法”和“直接法”）。对于少数股东权益的变动，应按照如下方法作特殊处理。
