With the rapid expansion of the scale of graduate students,the system of level-two college taking the responsibility has become the choice of the universities unanimously in the administration of graduate student.

To stick to the principle of hierarchical responsibility and hierarchical management and to run universities strictly and by law;

Ehploration of the service pattern combined the clinical path with the master physician responsibility system;

It indicates that for whatever project,the implementation of overall project contract and responsibility system by project manager can make the contractor effectively coordinate various links and timely solve the problems occurred in the period of contracting,thus speeding up the schedule of the project.

In order to raise the patient-centered idea and change the unreasonable title structure of doctors and improve the basic medical quality,we carried out the responsibility system of attending doctors.

Methods Three second line nurses, who were recruited in Jan, 2005 performed responsibility system of 24 hours, participated the first line duties, performed all duties of first line nurses with 8 working hours, waited for tasks after 8 working hours and were ready at any time when first line nurses had problems.
