The combining ability of total starch , amylase and amylopectin content in glutinous sorghum grain was reserched by means of incomplete dialled model with 4 sterile lines and 5 restoring lines.

采用糯高粱酿制小曲白酒,只要糯高粱纯净,根霉酒曲好,严格做好粮食糊化(泡粮、初蒸、闷水、复蒸)、摊凉培菌、入池(桶)发酵、入甑烤酒,操作严格,则得到酒质好、出酒率高、香甜味的好酒。
