文章以二语习得理论为依据,对于"模仿、背诵"在语音系统层面,句式语音、语言理解和表达能力层面,情景中记忆单词和"词汇块理论"实现层面的价值进行了分析,表述了"模仿、背诵"可实现"频率假说"到显性语言知识转化为隐性语言知识,可触发"工具性动机"或"结果性动机"的习得实现途径。

In accordance with 133rd clause,1997 China criminal law ,this paper makes research on the traffic means in the crime of traffic,and analysizes the four opinions in the academic circle,draws the conclusion that the traffic means refer to not only the motor traffic means,but the non-motor ttaffic means.
