The importance of journal archives management was introduced,the collection,arrangement and utilization of the archives were analyzed,basic requirements for the quality of the archives managerial personnel were outlined,and the necessity of the informationization construction for the management based on the particularity and practice in private colleges and universities was illustrated.

This paper described the importance and necessity of moral education in private colleges and universities, introduced several useful methods and pointed out that it is necessary to construct qualified teachers team, and to strengthen the leadership and systematic guarantee of moral education in order to keep the institutions running in a healthy way.
