【拐一LM一FE模型中的支出转换政策】这里考虑实施汇率调整之外的其它支出转换政策，如提高关税等。这会推动IS和FE曲线右移，IS与LM交于A点，而几曲线右移距离大于IS。原因在于，使国际收支达到均衡的收人Y，其增量等于工乘以因支出转换引致的进 m口减少额的数量;使商品市场均衡的收人Y，仅增加了相当于11(，+m)乘以进口减少额的数量，所以A点为国际收支顺差点。固定汇率制下，如果有吸收政策的相应配合，可达到另一个均衡位置，从而带来收人的上升。浮动汇率制下，为恢复均衡，本币必然升值，推动巧和FE左移，直到足以挤出提高关税等措施所引起的支出转换为止。所以在浮动汇率制下，图中三种形态中的收人都不可能增加。
