丙氨酸-葡萄糖循环(alanine-glucse cycle)
肌肉中的氨基酸将氨基转给丙酮酸生成丙氨酸,后者经血液循环转运至肝脏再脱氨基,生成的丙酮酸经糖异生转变为葡萄糖后再经血液循环转运至肌肉重新分解产生丙酮酸,这一循环过程就称为丙氨酸-葡萄糖循环。
