Having confronted the commodity-oppressing-human spiritual puzzle caused by the contradiction between the market economy and the humane spirit, Marx’s commodity-oppressing-human theory and new human viewpoint have explored the fusion and renewing of the commodity consciousness and humane spirit from the cultural idea, thus provided a workable way to make human life be new human .

On the basis of comparison between the new and old views on the disabled ,this paper mainly discusses the basic content,the condition of formation,the study meaning of the new view on the disabled,and the objective standard of judging the new and old views on the disabled.
