| 脑电位分布图 brain electrical activity mapping 脑电位活动的计算机分析方法。利用计算机将脑电图的电压值转换为功率值，再经过内插计算、成像技术，最后按不同频率段打印出从上俯视的头颅电位能量分布图解。频段可任意选择，最常用的分为a1 、a2、δ，θ及β六个频率段。脑电位分布图灵敏度高，可作定量分析，直观性强；计算方法尚未标准化，不能识别波形，不能持续监测，特异性差。已广泛用于颅内占位性病变、脑血管疾病的早期定位，儿童脑功能发育及痴呆的研究，精神疾病的分型以及癫痫病人异常发放的分布模式的研究。不能代替常规脑电图，两者可以互相补充。这项技术还在迅速发展中。 |
