【保险合作杜】以农民自我保障为主的中国农村保险互助组织。最有代表性的是山西省太原市北郊区1987年5月成立的保险合作社。该社的基金采用农民集资、地方政府支持和国家扶助的办法积聚。主要用于开办农业保险，支付大的灾害补偿，在保障赔款支付的前提下，本着“短期、小额、安全、高效”的原则，开展投资业务及参加资金拆借市场活动。合作社的经营收人70%用于积累，30%按集资比例分红。如发生不测，也同样按集资比例分担风险和损失。
