【巨灾超赔】一次或一定期限内连续暴发洪水、地震、咫风或大火等特大灾害造成的大面积区域的巨额超赔款。在一般情况下，保险人对一次灾害造成的巨大损失，其自行赔偿部分不能超过自身在5年内每年已赚保费的5%;超过保险人自赔部分，应采用巨灾再保险方式分保给再保险人。
