Aiming at the new characteristics of insurance fraud,from the whole society and the fraud,the insurance inner management and law enforcement,this article analyzes its reasons and crime means,puts forward the corresponding investigation methods and effective prevention measures and countermeasures.

Concerning the investigation of smuggling,scholars in the theoretical world first researched on the methods of investigation of individual crime of smuggling and then they sought various countermeasures according to different modes of smuggling.

Through the study of robberies and murder cases investigation procedure in recent years,the traditional investigation methods have been found improved in applicable fields and means.
