From three aspects of evaluation theory, method , technology and practice , this paper discusses the problems about the present popular college teacher evaluation model in china , in the mean time, the author points out the way to modify it in the education evaluation value direction , connotation indexes , qualitative analysis, information systems and practice mechanism .
本文从评价理论、方法与技术及评价实施三个层面,剖析了目前高校教师评价模式所存在的主要问题,并就教师评价在价值导向、内涵指标、质的分析方法、信息系统建设、组织机制及形成性评价制度方面,提出了修正和完善该评价模式的基本方向。
