On Rural Poverty in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County;

Based on structured interviews of social investigation in agricultural and pastoral area in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County of Gansu Province, and visits to relevant governmental departments, the paper analyzes factors that cause the transformation of educational conception of Tianzhu Tibetan women and reasons that hinder the transformation.
