中国宋代哲学家陆九渊的重要哲学命题。传说陆九渊4岁时,曾问其父："天地何所穷际？"其父笑而未答。13岁时,他看到古人关于"宇宙"二字的解释:"四方上下曰宇，往古来今曰宙"，于是领悟到"宇宙内事乃己分内事，己分内事乃宇宙内事"，并进而得出"宇宙便是吾心，吾心即是宇宙"的结论。他认为客观世界（宇宙）的规律与人的主观思想（心）是同一的，抹煞了它们之间的根本差别。
