Under the circumstance of plants and networks separation,the design models and calculation theory for electric price selling to networks and electric price buying from networks are given in this paper,and compared with traditional calculation theory for electric price.

It is pointed out:the unity with electrochemical enterprises is necessary for existing of chlorate enterprises, and purchasing electricity with net connecting is the way for them to develop and strengthen.
