The traditional politics in China was politics of sages, with sages as the center while the traditional Western politics was politics of contracts, based on social contracts.

Property Rights Analysis and Contractual Governance on the Group Events of Flight Delay;

Based on the survey data from family firms in China,the study showed that: the larger the family business size,the more possibility to implement the strong contractual governance;the more ownership the family holded,the more possibility to implement the strong relational governance.

This paper provides a new perspective of contractual governance to explain the interesting coexistence of low defaulting probabilities and quite imperfect informal financial contract.
