听声音 听声音 诊断学术语。系闻诊方法。根据病人的发声、语言、呼吸、咳嗽、呕吐、呃逆、嗳气、太息、喷嚏、肠鸣等声音变异,判断疾病的寒热虚实。例如初病声嘶多属实证,久病失音多属虚证;声高气粗重浊多属实证,反之则属虚证;狂言、谵语常见于实证、热证,郑声、独语、错语常见于寒证、虚证。《素问·阴阳应象大论》:“善诊者,察色按脉,先别阴阳,审清浊而知部分,视喘息,听声音,而知所苦。”
