道德行为的发展(development of mora-behavior)道德行为是人在一定的道德认识支配下表现出来的对他人和社会有道德意义的活动，是人道德认识外在的具体表现，也是实现道德动机的手段。它是客观的道德情境与人的相互作用的产物，包括三个连续阶段:(1)从个人的知识总库中提取与当前的道德情境、个人的道德需要及主体的情绪状态有关的成分。信息的提取对于是否采取某种道德行为及如何采取行动，是一个必不可少的准备阶段。(2)认知一情绪纽带的形成是控制系统进一步发挥的一个新阶段。(3)形成相应计划或行为程序，为道德行为做准备。道德动机的激发与行为准备并非是一次完成的，需要反复调节个人的道德意识才能实现对人的实际行为的调整。研究表明，道德行为的发展，有五级水平:(1)非道德性水平，没有形成是非、善恶观念，不了解自己行为对他人有何影响。(2)自我中心行为水平，行为从满足个人的欲望出发，以获得个人利益为目的。(3)依从传统惯例行为水平，行为符合社会传统习俗，遵从集体决定。(4)良心主义行为水平，对不良行为内心开始感到内疚。(5)利他主义行为水平，属于符合社会道德标准的最高级行为。 (白学军撰林索德审)
