中国元代书法家周伯琦的篆书名作遗迹之一。周伯琦(1298～1369)字伯温，号玉雪坡，饶州(今属江西省)人。幼年随其父至大都(今北京)，至正间累官参知政事、浙西肃政廉访使。擅长书法,尤精篆隶。此卷为纸本,篆书，纵26厘米，横 284.5厘米。官学箴是对学校学生的告诫之言。国史箴是对编写历史的人的劝诫之言。此卷书法结构端正方稳,出规入矩,行笔圆润洒落，出于李斯而自有新意。卷后有元张雨，清李慎、方鼎录题识。近代叶恭绰收藏。现藏故宫博物院。
