中国元代张雨的书法作品。张雨(1283～1350)，元代道士，又名天雨，道名嗣真，字伯雨，号贞居、句曲外史，杭(今浙江杭州)人。擅长诗文、书法。此幅绫本，纵 35.6厘米，横 172.2厘米。乌丝栏，楷书 44行，是张雨为杭州开元宫内新建的台仙阁落成后所撰的一篇记。作于至正五年(1345)，时张雨63岁。此卷书法用笔清劲、结体紧密。以欹斜取势，姿态洒脱，极有风韵。
此卷后有元吴叡隶书《药井诗》并跋，明曹衡，倪仁祯题跋。明末清初时曾经姜绍书收藏，乾隆时收入清内府收藏，均钤有印记。《石渠宝笈·三编》著录。现藏上海博物馆。
