According to the analysis of domestic and international strategic situation then,this article discuss establishing Yuhai Hui autonomous government that is a beneficial attempt of Chinese Communist practise minority autonomy and its important meaning and function on the Chinese revolutionary history.
本文通过对回族长期受压迫求平等、自主的历史,以及回族群众逐渐接受共产主义新思想和党的民族政策过程的阐述,根据当时国内外战略形势分析,论述了建立豫海县回民自治政府是中国共产党实行少数民族自治自管的有益尝试及其在中国革命史上的重要意义和作用。
