学校管理美育本质(e ssense。f aesthetieedueation in sehool management)学校管理的美育是学校美育的重要组成部分。通过管理活动“整体大于部分之和”的特征，对学校中的科学美、道德美、艺术美、劳动美、生活美及创造美的教育效果产生放大作用。同时，管理者按照一定时代的审美意识，借助管理实践中的审美因素为媒介，向师生员工施加审美影响，偷悦他们的性情，使审美心理结构完善，达到心灵的陶冶和塑造。这样的教育是管理者和被管理者在学校教育环境中的一种复杂的相互作用的审美心理活动。它有四个特征:(l)形象性。通过管理过程的审美因素的鲜明形象来诱发和感染师生员工。这里的形象是感性与理性的和谐统一，理性内容以感性形式呈现出来。(2)情感性。以审美因素激发师生员工的情感，使他们通过亲身的情绪体验，产生肯定或否定的审美评价，获得情感的共鸣、心理的满足，性情得以陶冶。(3)自由性。是一种不带任何强迫性的教育，主要靠审美媒介的魅力来感染、吸引师生员工。其教育过程是自由、协调和轻松愉快的。(4)深远性。由于该教育是以形象唤起情感的激动，留下的影响痕迹深刻而持久，往后一旦触发，便又活跃起来，其影响是深远的。 琳兆其撰匝圃审)
