针对莱芜市大桥路片区旧城旧村改造,进行了深入的现状分析,并且借鉴国内外旧城改造的理论与实践经验,研究了该片区旧城旧村改造的规划要素,通过介绍方案、分析方案,得出对旧城旧村改造需要通过土地所有者出让一定的土地,规划部门将私有的杂乱不堪的用地进行重新区划,以此来达到完善公共实施和提高土地利用率。
