《医经溯洄集》 《医经溯洄集》 医论著作，一卷。元·王履撰于1368年。全书共23篇，寓有对医学探本溯源之义，故名《医经溯洄集》。内容主要有研究《内经》、《伤寒论》等医著心得，对于温病与伤寒的辨析和对李东垣学说的探讨等。他根据《内经》“亢则害，承乃制”的观点，阐发人体内外环境的统一性，论述人体以五脏为中心的五大功能系统的相互制约协调和统一，在人体生理、病理中所起的作用。并以一原则广泛地讨论病理与治疗法则，对温病与伤寒的研究颇有心得。王氏从理论上分析了温病的病理机制、传变过程及治法。从而把温病与伤寒区分开来，对温病学的发展有一定影响。1949年后有影印本。
