面向青春活力的阿尔玛，意味着定位的大众化。而过去，阿尔玛代表的是力量与稳重。1946年，阿尔玛公司是专门从事针织服装的公司。几年以后，这一家庭公司没有恪守其它家庭公司走的单一路线，而是遵循多样化、大众化的发展方向。1978年至1993年，与gianni versac合作，成立spazio。这时期，年轻人成为主导消费群，因此，大众化服装更适合国际上年轻一代。
九十年代是阿尔玛公司事业的分水领，经过自我评估调整后，阿尔玛谱写了崭新的篇章。1997年推出的f／w系列，是与年轻设计师alassandro dellacaua---一位意大利时装界杰出设计天才合作的结果，使阿尔玛公司独具创意，为不拘一格地设计现代妇女形象开创了一片天地。
