  领导者的组织能力(organizational ea-p aeity of a leader)保证领导活动得以实施的领导能力之一。所谓组织能力包括两个方面:其一是指协调、管理的能力,即善于运用各种组织形式和组织力量,协调各方面的人力、物力、财力,使其达到动态上的综合平衡,从而获得最佳的工作效益;其二是指“控制”指挥的能力,即采取有效的控制手段,使被领导者按照领导者的意图,沿着指定的方向发展运动,最后取得预期的结果。优秀的领导者应该具有较强的组织能力。其表现是:(1)保持工作目标所必需的人才的最优平衡。(2)善于统率部下同心协力进行工作,充分调动下属的积极性、主动性和创造性。(3)统筹兼顾,量力而行,善于处理好轻、重、缓、急的关系。(4)有效地控制群体成员的活动过程,做到环环衔接,令行禁止。(5)善于抓典型,树榜样,发挥成员的自控能力。 (黄志饥撰王树茂审)
