1.隋大业中，张允济为武阳令，邻县元城有人以牸牛依其妻家八九年，牛孳产至十馀头，及将异居，妻家不与，讼累年不决。其人质于允济，允济令缚牛主，以衫蒙其头，将诣妻家村中，云捕盗牛贼，召村中牛悉集，各问牛所从来，妻家惧被连及，指其所诉牛曰:"此是女壻家牛，非我所知。"允济遂发蒙曰:"此即女婿，可以牛归之。"妻家叩头伏罪。见《旧唐书．良吏传．张允济》。后以"赘婿得牛"为断狱明决之典。
