【经租房产资金】房产经营企业为从事房屋流通活动，必须具有的一定数量的资金。经租房产资金按其在房屋流通过程中的作用及其形态的交换方式不同，也可分为经租房产固定资金和经租房产流动资金。经租房产固定资金包括生产性用房、仓库等建筑物、技术设备、运输工具等。经租房产固定资金中的房屋是指那些专门为经营房屋这种商品而购建的生产性房屋，技术设备、运输工具等是指为经营房屋这种商品的运输和修缮的设备和工具。经租房产流动资金包括商品资金、非商品资金和结算资金三部分。商品资金是指以商品房屋形态存在的资金，非商品资金指现金和器材储备、原材料、工具、劳保用品、低值易耗品等所占用的资金，结算资金指房产经营企业在正常结算关系上所占用的资金。经租房产流动资金除具有流动资金的一般特征外，还具有房屋流动资金的一些特殊性。
