西方美学理论之一。德国谷鲁司提出。认为审美活动与摹仿活动相联系,但审美的摹仿不外现于筋肉动作,而是在内心摹仿外界事物。如一个人在看跑马时,能心领神会地摹仿马的跑动,享受这种内摹仿所产生的快感,这就是最纯粹的美感欣赏。该理论从一个侧面补充了移情说,成为移情说的组成部分。
