本文针对冲击回转钻进中气动潜孔锤钻机能量过剩的问题,即钻机提供的扭矩远大于实际需要的扭矩,设计了一种新型潜孔锤,将传统气动潜孔锤与气动凿岩机相结合,把气动凿岩机转钎机构原理应用到气动潜孔锤中,利用空压机的高压动力介质驱动潜孔锤工作,只利用空压机的压缩空气即可实现冲击回转两个运动。
