Based on the educational task for on-the-duty practice for high-vocational college students during summer period and past experience,the paper analyzes the organizing-way and its implementation of on-the-duty practice during summer time from four following aspects:how to get on-the-duty task,how to make the task clear,how to strengthen management and how to reform term examination.
