In this article,based on the expound of regional logistics conception,the author analyzed its characteristics,including the regional characteristics,the center characteristics,distance economy,and discussed the theoretical components of regional logistics system in retails.

区域物流是相对于国际物流而言的，是指一个国家范围内的物流，或一个经济区域的物流，或一个城市的物流，它们都处于同一法律、规章、制度之下，都受相同文化及社会因素影响，都处于基本相同的科技水平和装备水平之中，因而，都有其独特的特点，都有其区域的特点。研究各个国家的物流，找出其区别及差异所在，找出其连结点和共同因素，这是研究国际物流的重要基础。物流有共性，但不同国家有其特性。
