Author of this thesis argues that whatever types of periodicals should conform to the distinctive natures and functions and consciously get rid of the unhealthy tendencies and phenomena occurring in periodical publishing.

The negative phenomena of our learning cthos is mainly focused on being satisfied with the current situation and relaxing learning; being busy with affairs and absent from learning; talking about nothing and learning formalism.
