病理学著作。张山雷编撰。作者据历代文献资料，将喻嘉言、陆九芝等名家所论病理加以选录、编集成册。其编撰之思路和方法乃先摘录前贤有关论述，后阐发己见，如对喻氏“欲以运气四时，作入手方针”治疗疾病，作者认为如“蹈胶柱刻舟之故”，提倡诊病用药“须有是证，当用是药”。其内容有针对用药而论、针对伤寒方论而论、针对太阴阳明虚实辨而论，或针对胎产妇科疾患而论者。1931年浙江溪谷中医学校予以刊行。
