| 法术 magic 原始社会早期的一种准宗教现象。即人们试图在外界事物上实现其意愿的种种实践活动。其特点是想象能以主体本身的某种特定动作及仪式来影响或制约外在客观之对象，达到其预想的目的。其实践活动既是非理性的，又是非宗教性的。它同巫术的外在表现形式较为接近，但它以相信其实践者本身意志及力量这一特性而有别于巫术和宗教。因此，法术乃基于其实践的作用而不依靠外在神灵或超自然力量的帮助。其活动的主要表现方式是模仿外在事物或其对象的行为特征，以便实现对它们的控制。根据其惯用的方法，原始法术大体可分为接触性法术和类比性法术，前者认为可通过接触某一事物的局部而影响到其整体，后者则相信通过针对与其对象相类似之物所采取的措施而可影响到这一对象本身。由于法术强调在抵抗外力和征服自然时对自身力量及技巧的依赖，因此也有学者视其为前科学或前技术现象，并认为由此而萌生出人类科学技术的发展。 |
