Corrosion and protection of idle equipment in refineries was considered as a big problem confronting the technician of this field.
本文在查阅国内外钢用气相缓蚀剂相关资料的基础上，针对炼油厂闲置设备保护的特点，对多种气相缓蚀剂组分采用静态粉末法、动态防锈试验、接触腐蚀实验、封存实验、密闭空间挥发减量试验等多种常用的测试方法对进行了筛选，并在此基础上进行了复配增效试验，得到了适合于炼油厂闲置设备保护用的V2气相缓蚀剂，并在现场保护中取得了良好的效果。
