三从四德
性社会学名。为中国封建社 会 儒家给妇女规定的三种道德关系和应有的四种德行，是男子统治和压迫女子的一种具体表现 。三从，出《仪礼·丧服·子夏传》。即“在家从父、出嫁从夫、夫死从子”其核心思 想 是“夫者，妇之天也”。四德，出《周礼·天官·九嫔》。指“妇德、妇言、妇容、妇功” 四种品德，郑 言注：“妇德谓贞顺、妇言谓辞令、妇容谓婉娩、妇功谓称巢。”“妇德”要求妇女屈从男 权，严格遵守“三从”、保持贞操；“妇言”要求妇女说话要委婉、曲卑，要细声慢气；“ 妇容”要求妇女衣着打扮，仪态举止要符合一定的规范；“妇功”要求妇女学好为妇的基本 功，如服侍丈夫，精通柴米油盐、缝衣织布之类。均为强迫妇女谨守的品德、辞令、仪态、 手艺方面的封建礼教。
