A model of the bearing structure containing water-based ceramics sliding bearing is induced into ANSYS,which is created with Pro/E.
用Pro/E建立水基陶瓷滑动轴承所在轴系结构的实体模型,导入ANSYS后,模拟实际加载情况进行有限元分析,得出并验证了陶瓷轴颈与陶瓷轴套之间的间隙应取在60μm~70μm之间的结论,为该水基陶瓷滑动轴承的研究提供了关键数据,也为今后在该领域的研究提供了参考数据。
