补充资料：经环境污染调整的GDP核算
进行绿色国民经济核算，客观上需要开发出功能上类似GDP的指标，即绿色GDP。所以，经环境调整的GDP核算，就是把经济活动的环境成本，包括环境退化成本和生态破坏成本从GDP中予以扣除，并进行调整，从而得出一组以%26#8220;经环境调整的国内产出%26#8221;(Environmentally Adjusted Domestic Product，EDP)为中心的综合性指标。
对于国家统计局和国家环保总局两个部门正在开展的绿色国民经济核算试点工作来说，从科学的意义上讲，最后核算出来的%26#8220;经环境污染调整后的绿色GDP%26#8221;，是一个局部的、有诸多限制条件的绿色GDP，是一个仅考虑环境污染扣减的GDP，用虚拟治理成本去调整的GDP，不包括生态破坏治理成本的扣减。完全意义上的绿色GDP只能由国家统计局组织有关资源部门和环保部门经过长期的努力核算得到，是一个理想化的核算目标。
