| 《日美安全保障条约》 Treaty of Security and Safeguard Between Japan and United States 日本和美国签订的安全保障条约。1951年9月8日由日本首相吉田茂和美国代表D.G.艾奇逊签署。正式名称为《日本国和美利坚合众国之间的安全保障条约》。条约规定美国有权在日本国内及其周围驻扎陆海空军，根据日本政府的请求美军可以镇压日本发生的暴动和骚乱。1952年2月28日，日美两国根据《日美安全保障条约》又在东京签订了《日美行政协定》。详细规定了驻日美军的地位及特权，如日本向美军提供基地和设施，承认美国使用、管理和保卫这些基地及设施的权利；美国军人及其家属犯罪，日本无审判权；日本每年向美国支付1.55亿美元的防卫经费等。1952年4月28日《日美安全保障条约》和《日美行政协定》同时生效。1960年1月19日，日本首相岸信介和美国总统D.D.艾森豪威尔在华盛顿签署《日本国和美利坚合众国共同合作和安全保障条约》，是为《新日美安全保障条约》。与旧条约相比，增加了政治上与经济上的合作，以及在日本行政管辖下的领域内日美任何一方受到攻击时将采取共同行动，行使武力时两国事前协商等内容；删除了镇压日本内乱的条款。新条约于1970年期满后，以两国不通告废除而自动延长的方式延续至今。1972年5月美国把冲绳归还日本，该条约同样适用于冲绳。 |
