本文在对技术寻求型FDI相关理论进行梳理、归纳和总结的基础之上,对我国汽车产业自主创新现状进行了系统、深入的分析,借鉴“MAL三优势模型”指出自主创新的动因,并强调政府从产业长期发展的战略高度对汽车企业国际化发展的支持,在自主创新初期的重要作用。
