Through analyzing a series of problems and their roots,this paper points out the unreasonable situtions of residence price in our country,adjusts some items and cancels some unreasonable charge items ,at the same time ,the paper provides reasonable construction of residence price,and finally draw the conclusion:the current residence price can be lowered by30percent.
对当前我国住宅价格所存在的一系列问题及其产生的根源进行了剖析,指出了住宅价格的不合理之处,在理论上对有些项目进行了调整,并删除了不合理的收费项目;同时,提出了住宅价格的合理构成,最后得出当前住宅价格还可降低30%左右的结论。
