In this paper we discussed about monitoring the traffic of freshwater sea-route by mean of dynamic image understanding technology,in which multi-vision-sensor data amalgamation technology is used to capture the concerned areas of tracked ships.
探讨了利用动态图像理解技术对内河船舶的交通状况进行监控,采用多视觉传感器数据融合技术对跟踪的船舶对象进行特写抓拍;通过对交通流信息的实时采集、处理、跟踪与分析,得到内河航道中交通状态信息,如船舶流量、船舶速度、通航密度等重要基础信息。

选择性理解(seleetive perception)受传者在接受宣传时理解其内容的一种主观倾向。由于人们在需要、兴趣、经验等方面的差别，以及接受宣传时动机的不同，对同一信息，不同的人常有不同的理解。它往往受人们固有态度和信仰的制约，所谓“仁者见仁、智者见智”即是。针对受传者在理解上的选择性，宣传者要充分考虑对象的知识经验和接受能力，引导其态度和动机，以求达到宣传的预期目的。 (王序荪撰成立夫审)
