理性情绪疗法
rational emotive therapy,RET
理性情绪疗法(r ational emotive therapy,RET)由艾里斯(Ellis,A.)在20世纪50年代创立,其基本要点是:人天生具有歪曲的非理性思考的倾向,造成问题的原因不是事件而是个体对事件的判断和解释;情绪障碍来自不合理的思考,进而引起自我挫败行为。但同时艾里斯指出,人具有克服这些不良倾向的潜能,可以用理性哲学对抗非理性思考,改变思想则可导致情绪和行为改变。因此,咨询者应采取主动指导的方式,指出患者思考不合逻辑,说明非理性思考引起了焦虑和神经症性行为,特别要说明追求完美的倾向常导致非理性思考,鼓励病人直面不合理信念,对抗或取代不合理信念,以获得理性生活哲学。其治疗过程归结为ABCDE理论,外在事件A(aetivating event)乡干不直接引起情绪问题C(eonsequenee),其中决定因素是认知中介,即信念或信念系统B(bellef system)才是不良情绪和行为的主要原因。在病人认识了自己内在的不合理信念以后,通过一系列促进“理性情绪”的练习或家庭作业,采取和不合理信念进行争辩或对抗的步骤,即治疗过程D(d;sputing),最后达到认知、情绪与行为改变的效果E(e ffect)。故理性情绪疗法是主动指导的认知、行为治疗过程,对焦虑性障碍、性或婚姻问题、青少年犯罪行为等比较适用。 (徐俊见撰梁宝勇审)
