Karst large spring (flow rate >10 L/s) and underground river (length >2km) are mostly familiar forms to exposure of karst underground water, not only are numerous in quantities but also in various kinds.

In combination with the experiences of water resources administration of recent years, the measures taken for the management and protection of the large karst springs are proposed.
